1. Introduction
Welcome to the IMPACT membership! By becoming a member, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines in this Terms and Conditions agreement. These terms are important, so please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any of the terms, you should not consider membership.
2. Membership Requirements
To become a member, you must be at least 13 years old and a current resident of Park County, Montana. You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a valid email address and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your login information safe and secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
3. Account Responsibilities
As a member, you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to use our platform in a legal and respectful manner. This includes not engaging in activities that could harm the website, other users, or violate any laws. You should not share your account with others without our permission.
4. Content Usage
IMPACT's platform may allow you to upload, download, or view content, such as images, videos, or articles. We respect intellectual property, and you agree not to upload or share content that violates copyright, trademark or privacy laws.
IMPACT is a a community made up of work groups moving forward initiatives and projects. No screen shots, copying of posts or any other sharing of information outside of the work groups or this platform without written consent of IMPACT Park County Montana. Individuals who are found to not follow these terms will be immediately removed as a member without cause.
IMPACT has internal group discussion that are solely for the purposes of advancing the work of our mission. Notifications to members is private and no allowances will be made in sharing them outside of that express group. Members doing so will have their membership terminated immediately.
We also have the right to remove content that violates these terms, is harmful, or goes against the IMPACT Park County's purpose.
5. Subscription Fees
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or register as a member, you agree to pay all fees associated with the membership plan. All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. Membership and subscription fees may change periodically and all members will be notified in advance.
6. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. You can also cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions on the website. Once your membership ends, you will no longer have access to member-only content or features.
7. Privacy and Data
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. None of your personal information is shared or sold. It is used exclusively within the platform for the purposes of furthering the mission.
8. Limitations of Liability
We try our best to make sure that this platform works smoothly, but we are not responsible for any problems that happen, including technical issues, data loss, or other problems that may affect your experience. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages related to your use of IMPACT Park County MT.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will notify members via their member email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Montana. If there is any dispute, it will be resolved in the appropriate court in that location.
