We draw leadership from member-citizens who have committed their time to advance our mission and have an impact.
Members volunteer their time to a specific role identified during the registration process where they can work with others in bite-sized tasks. This supports the group as a whole with greater working knowledge resulting in offering advocacy of optimum fiscal and management solutions.
Citizen-Member: A Park County citizen who is prepared to commit time and money, as listed in the commitment pledge.
Group Member: A Park County citizen who has made the commitment pledge, selecting a focus group they would find a best fit. i.e. Public Health, Public Safety, etc.
Group Leader: A Park County citizen who has made the commitment pledge, selecting a focus group and choosing to increase their role to group leader. In this role, the individual may lead or share leadership with another to a) recruit and manage group members b) establish impact outcomes and goals to accomplish their outcome c) facilitate communication that enables members to gather, share and advance their goals in a group community.
Subject Matter Expert Advisor: A Park County citizen who has made the commitment pledge. Advisors with unique professional expertise to complement the impacts of the groups, as well as the overall organization.
Advisor: A Park County citizen who has made the commitment pledge and offers general business strategy and management support including planning, staffing (members), organizing, controlling and evaluation.
